Refund policy

يحق للعميل إجراء عمليات التبديل او الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء بشرط توفر الفاتورة الاصلية وان تكون القطعة بحالتها الاصلية۔

Customer has the right to make an exchange or a refund within 14 days since purchase, the original receipt should be provided, and the product should be in its original condition
